"Just stayed one night so did not get to take full advantage of the property. Advertising makes it look like all rooms are on the river when in fact very few are. This is an old hotel that has remodeled rooms so still has the old feel vibe. Nice pool and fitness area. May or may not stay again if I am ever in Eugene."

"Staff were great. Floor in room was clean to the eye but turned socks black when walking about. Shower handle was loose and hard to regulate water temp. Staff fixed as soon as notified so that was nice. But it did happen twice in the 5 nights we were there."

"I didn’t like that the tv only worked if I streamed from the phone and also didn’t care for the shower. It was a shower wand located mid wall."

"Lovely designed nicely located boutique hotel within a cozy courtyard styled shopping plaza. Huge size bedroom. Clean on everything. Bed is extremely comfortable. Sheet and towel like new. This is my second stay with this hotel. Always love its vibe here. Will definitely come back."
