The property is beautiful the staff was good. They don’t have everyday guest service: u have to call them if you need clean towels and toilet tissue or clean sheets. The service is not automatic like everywhere else that’s the only thing I didn’t like. Overall it is a very beautiful property

The room was ready and full of amenities that we did not expect. The staff were very helpful. The food is very good value. The poolside was comfortable, relaxing and not overcrowded.
There are a lot of stairs to the hillside buildings but golf cart shuttles are available on request. Margaritaville is a relaxing vacation village. There is a lot of seaweed that washes up daily and is managed by the hotel. We did not find this an issue at all. A shuttle to and from Coki beach is provided.

"Beautiful property! Clean and updated rooms. They do a great job trying to maintain them. We loved having the amenities of a pool, nightly entertainment, close to town. Amazing views. Staying here and driving to the beaches was worth it!"

"Just don’t waste your money! The food in the restaurant gross and overpriced. Bar tenders suck as they use generic alcohol. The guest services reps are RUDE! You have to tip shuttle drivers if you want a ride to and from your room and the way the layout is of the property you will want/need the shuttle. ..."
