Would have been 5 stars if the property was clean. Unfortunately some areas were very dusty which affected my wife's allergies and there was no provision for cleaning equipment to let us vacuum etc. Our Expedia app message to the host requesting a vacuum apparently didn't get received until we left several days later, so a bit disappointed. It is a lovely property though and we hope to return in the future.

the house is perfect; the situation is perfect with a 2 minute walk to Smiths Beach; well set up for kids and animal friendly. Cannot wait to get back there
