First time with RIU hotel. I was bit disappointed with the service - check in was terribly slow and staff was rude.
Room was clean but very odd design for tv.
Bathroom water was flowing slow. Overall it was not a four star experience.

This hotel is gorgeous and located on the main strip, Gran Via, and is close to everything. The City points of interest are easily accessible from this central location. It's beautifully decorated. The hotel is stylish, modern and boho. The view is amazing from the balcony. The staff are really helpful. The spa is delightful and the steam room, sauna, and plunge pool is included with the stay.

Mi razón por la que di 4 estrellas fue porque estaba hablando con mi familia y me tocaron la puerta de la habitación para que en la misma que yo pagué hablar me bajo y en ningún momento estaba gritando solo hablando pero al parecer no se puede hablar allí por lo demás todo fue muy bueno
