This was an emergency move from another hotel that was not in good shape. Here, they are still remodeling the rooms. They were clearly working to make the entire hotel comfortable and everyone was very helpful

There is only one room on the third floor and it is tight. The redeeming feature is that you have the entire roof to yourselves with two lounge chairs to bask in the delightful weather. We were warned, ready, there is no elevator. We did get a whirlpool bath in the room. Unfortunately, it did not work well so we moved downstairs and the room with the whirlpool was large, spacious with a gorgeous decor. The owner created a room unique one-of-a-kind room. We enjoyed our breakfast there with an attentive waiter. The front desk staff were accommodating and spoke sufficient English t help us out. The hotel is located in the city of Puebla with the portion similar to Greenwich Village with cobblestone streets. There are many small stores to visit and spend your dollars/pesos. Everyone we met was friendly. We are a few blocks from the plaza, that is the gathering place in the village. My fiancé found a violin player with a speaker entertaining the crowd at which he played a familiar Frank Sinatra tune so we dropped our day packs and did a slow dance the song finished up with up tempo part so we did a few turns and spins and a the end of the song as we walked off we received a round of applause. At the same plaza we had dinner of several taco's each with a beer, the total was $3.00 US. On the day we were leaving to catch a flight we requested room service breakfast. It came as we were walking out the door without utensils. We would consider staying again.
