Staff was dismissive and lacking in service very much. Ordered coffee at breakfast, never received it. At dinner, ordered wine and received very small glasses, then it took having to wave staff to come over to then pour another little glass. Staff did not want to help with anything.

My girlfriend got there with her mom/sister to check in and hotel claimed they never received a reservation from Expedia so they ended looking for another hotel to stay at last minute. They paid again

Buffet breakfasts are a winner. Had exceptionally long walk from elevator to my room. Drab hotel room walls need some hanging art. Appreciated free airport shuttle.
