"Aesthetics and cleanliness aside, this is a good hotel if the nature of your travel only has you needing a bed to sleep in and a shower to wash in. There was still some hair and lint in my room when I checked in but nothing outrageous or neglectfully dirty. Customer service was polite. Check in and out were easy. Lot of police activity in the parking lot for the very small amount of time I was there though I can't be sure if it was directly involved with the hotel. Close to the city center...

"one bed sounded like it was about to cave in, the pillows were terrible. The Mirror in bath room was cracked, the shower curtain had mildew on it, wall in bathroom was cracked and separated. Worst place I have ever stayed in."

"Just an overnight stay during roadtrip. Convenient to gas & food, comfortable, and staff was pleasant. But tub/shower had bad stains - enough that we took a pass - we’ll shower at our next destination"

"Decent for a quick night stay for yourself not with children or families. People live there. Like actually live there. There is a creepy field in the back so not go at night. Small roaches in room. And inconvenient parking where room was located very small room barely room to walk around in with 2 adults and a teenager. Bathroom door didn’t shut at all. LOVED THE HOT SHOWER AND WATER PRESSURE but you can not turn around in the shower if you are not smaller frame. Cleaning staff was super nicer...

"Overall we liked the property. We had picked it because of location and the pool. Unfortunately, we cannot rate higher. The property did not disclose the pool was not certified and that it was unavailable until check-in. This was disappointing and one of the things my wife was looking forward to. "

"This is a great property in a prime location near Downtown Raleigh. I had a minor issue with the AC unit running out of refrigerant but the host fixed the issue promptly and prorated me for the inconvenience. I will definitely recommend this host and property to friends."
