"I was very impressed with the quality of the housekeeping. They did a nice job on the room each day and i even saw them mopping the elevator floor several times."

"The staff were all friendly and courteous. The room was very comfortable although as I am 6'3" tall, the bathroom was very cramped! I had to leave the bathroom to change my mind. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very good and I took advantage of the credit vouchers I received to enjoy a wonderful breakfast there. I would absolutely reserve a room there again."

"This was an awful stay. I called upon arrival in the room to report a CLOGGED shower drain and a broken phone. I was told Engineering would visit to resolve. The next morning I went IN PERSON to report this issue because no one had came. I was assured it would be fixed. It was NOT. I showered for 3 days in a PUDDLE of water with DRAIN FLIES and NO PHONE. Location was good, customer service and cleanliness was abhorrent. "

"Good clean room with everything available, wonderful staff. Coffee in the room is not the best,, however there is a great coffee shop near the lobby that is awesome! Highly recommend this historic hotel"

"Clean room Staff not very friendly or helpful Room cleaning staff just couldn't quite remember to restock coffee or cups. Bed was a bit broke down with no mattress pad. Sheet wouldn't stay on corners. That being said the location was great easy to come an go."

"There were 3 staff members that were great: Michael, dave and adriana. We aksed other staff for help and some ignored us or just walked away and were like, I will be back. Some staff watched as we stood looking for help and did nothing but take with other staff. "

"Breakfast was ok. The coffee was warm, at best. The staff was very nice. Had stomach issues after almost each day. We had a one time $29.00 credit from Expedia. This wasn’t explained well. We had to give the voucher upon a meal or drink at the bar, which we didn’t realize until we got home. We assumed it would come off at checkout. A credit would be appreciate! The pillows were very uncomfortable. Location was excellent, room was very nice. "
