The room was small; light showed around the door from the hallway right into my face in bed; bathroom door did not open fully affecting use of the sink(always had to close the door to use the sink); only one chair. - not worth the price you paid

You get what you pay for. This is not a 5 star property but it was 1/5 of the cost of a hotel for a family of 5 in Downtown Toronto. This is equivalent to an air bnb. Check in is done via email and over the phone. I checked out on Sunday morning and received my deposit back exactly 7 days later via PayPal with no hassle. The unit was not the one in the picture and had been flooded in the past and never repaired. The floor was damaged and the baseboards were swelling. The bed sheets were clean and the A/C worked

"The stay was quite good. They had not received my reservation, but were quick to accommodate. Staff was friendly. Rooms and lobby were very clean. Close to food and stores. The only negative thing is the hotel and rooms are dated. They are starting to show the wear and tear from the years."
