Looks like a nice hotel - but despite booking and paid 3 months ago, they had ‘overbooked’ and when we arrived tired from long days travel they had NO room for us. Never happened before in 30 years of travel!!
We then got shunted to the far inferior Scandic down the road (poor quality 3 star with score of 7/10).
eventually gave us K500 compensation when we pushed
Mistakes get made - BUT when you stuff up big time you UPGRADE customer not downgrade - and you give them advance notice.
POOR POOR effort. would be 1 star but for front desk staffs nice attitude.
