The flat itself was nice and well decorated. The kitchen had everything needed and the bathtub was a nice addition. We really appreciated the possibility to have coffee in the lounge area and store our luggage at the leasing office. However, communication with management was very difficult and many issues occured during our stay. Check-in instructions were wrong, the iron was used on plastic by a previous customer and ruined our t-shirt, cleanliness could surely be improved, and staff members entered our room announced. About the iron ruining our t-shirt, we didn't receive an apology or acknowledgment of the inconvenience when communicated to the leasing office. This is an example of a nice place which is poorly managed, unfortunately.
