Very nice clean modern room, staff were helpful although limited English speaking on reception at later check in time. Breakfast was fantastic. Pool looked nice, although too cold for us to try and use. Limited utensils in room however, need a few more. Too far out of Varna City, had to get taxi's everywhere. One restaurant in walking distance but was out of season so limited opening hours. Same for hotel on site restaurant in the evenings. Supermarket just down the street which was very helpful.

We had a great time and a positive experience in general. The location of the hotel is perfect - close to the beach and the main strip. At the same time it's in the quiet more family-oriented part of the resort and it was quiet at night. The food was quite nice as well and there were beer, drinks and ice-cream/snacks throughout the day. The negatives - this is not a 4 star hotel. It looks and feels more like a 3* hotel. On the balcony there were rust spots and bird poo which was not cleaned. The comfort of the room also didn't feel like a 4* experience. In addition, there were not enough Shezlongs on the beach so unless you got up really early in the morning you had to either put your towel on the sand or pay 15 euro for the paid Shezlongs next to the hotel area on the beach.

Everything about this hotel is first class. The staff, food, room and location can’t be beat. The park is right across the street and they let you borrow bikes, beach towels and even have umbrellas when it’s raining. The staff is so friendly and helpful and always have smile on their faces. The room was super comfortable and clean. If I ever make my way back to Varna I will definitely stay there again. Thanks for a wonderful experience.
