Staff were excellent and friendly, good entertainment.
Nice and relaxing around the pool.
Food was good but mainly pork options.
Shower head was broken in our room and the pool was green one day (which they sorted by the next day), AC could have been better.
Overall I would come back and recommend, just potential improvements to be made

Enjoyed our week stay at the Kouros Palace. We were upgraded to a Junior Suite on arrival which was a nice bonus. Guests are transported to their room via golf buggy towhich also ran people to the beach. Resort is quite hilly so could be an issue for those with mobility problems.
- Hotel gardens and pool areas were nice and had lovely views of the gardens and sea. Never struggled to get a lounger although we did struggle to get ones on the shade at times as the umbrellas don't move.
- Always found something to eat at the buffet and found everything to be well cooked and tasty. Choice maybe somewhat limited compared to other places. Theme nights were advertised but most dishes were the same with one themed option.
- Rooms a little dated but comfortable, quiet and offering plenty of storage. Air con was perfect for during the heat wave. Bathroom however had no fan so it could get very hot after showering.
- Found maid service to be a little limited. We were aware they didn't service the room daily however felt that when they did visit small details were missed eg. Not topping up empty toiletries.
- Didn't make use of any entertainment options however there appeared to be a good daily programme for those who wanted to participate.
- Overall a good stay which was relaxing and peaceful. I would agree with other guests that it is not 5 star service or surroundings in the hotel. I would put it more in line with 4 star in terms of the overall experience.

Overall, a very nice hotel and I was happy with my stay. I also appreciated the fact that I was there during my birthday and to my surprise, i found a bottle of wine and bowl of fruit in my room with a birthday greeting! I would book again if/when i visit Kos again.

A fab time
"Our first family holiday abroad and it did not disappoint, everyone was so friendly they could not do enough for you. The staff were always happy. Food was lovely, something for everyone. Lovely pools and gardens just a lovely setting, definitely go there again"

"This is a great hotel in a great location with a perfect beach and pool area. The location is quite remote so you do rely on hotel catering for lunch and dinner. The breakfast buffet is very good with lots of options. The a la carts dinner menu however I found quite limited and given the prices average. ..."
