University of Alberta Botanic Garden Tours and Activities

Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room was extremely small and located in the basement near the pool, which made it quite noisy throughout the stay. The service was also poor, and overall the experience did not meet my expectations. Considering the amount I paid, I expected much better value, comfort, and customer service. I hope the hotel takes guest feedback seriously and works on improving both the quality of the rooms and the overall guest experience for future travelers.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton
