"The facility and staff at Zenza were amazing. We had a King room and found it very comfortable and roomy with a great patio for our morning coffee overlooking the harbor. The pool was a perfect addition to cooling off from a beautiful day at the beach. Additional towel (or wet clothing hooks) would be beneficial as well as a small microwave. Zenza helped us book a great excursion including the arrangements for pick up to and from. Loved this place!"

"I was very impressed with the accommodations, having a microwave and refrigerator plus all the kitchen utensils was so helpful. Didn’t expect but totally appreciated having an in room washer/dryer as well. I didn’t realize how much that comes in handy! So much convenience for the money. Read previous reviews and was worried that the room would be dated but everything was beautifully updated and clean. Like others have said the construction next door at the St Regis is an issue but not as bad as the past, seems like they are further along at this point 05/2026. It does start at sunrise on Monday morning with slight hammering and machinery but I would do it again just to enjoy all that The Sands has to offer. The sound quickly blends in with the waves and the birds. One of the best beaches and not crowded like some of the all inclusive resorts down the way. I hope all of that doesn’t change when the St Regis opens. New Construction is going on all over the island so hard to find any resort that doesn’t have something huge being built next door. The weather was warm in the 80’s and humid so felt more like 90 with just a couple of rainy days in between which helped to cool things down. I would definitely return next year at the same time. I prefer less crowds and better price over perfect weather. Coming from CA we get enough of that. Crystal clear warm water, clean sand, amazing snorkeling, great food, friendly people and a relaxing island vibe is what I came for and received."
