"施設内は清掃も行き届いており、気持ち良く過ごせました。パウダールームにはティーパックやラテの粉なども置いてあり、寒い日でしたが、体が暖まりました。バンガローからトイレまでが少し遠かったのと、パウダールームに虫が多かったこと、車がバンガロー横に置けなかったのが少し残念ではありました。バンガロー内はガスヒーターや電源もあり、暖かく過ごせました。トータル的には良かったです！"

"Everything about the accommodation was excellent, especially the staff! Despite the communication struggles, they were very helpful and provided great service during my stay. The free shuttle service to the ski resort was also extremely useful as they would drive you to your desired resort and pick you up at your specified time. Without a car, there is limited access to any surrounding towns. There is a bus but it’s relatively infrequent. However, staying in is also great due to the 24 hour...

"Minakamikan is a great place to Stay, Clean and bright interior. Onsen was very nice, rooms have been keep in top shape, with new fresh tatami mats, clean walls, etc. Buffett breakfast had a lot of choices, Japanese and some western items. "One night was definitely not enough! Clean room, great amenities, a wide variety of delicious buffet options, and three relaxing hot springs. I did notice a comment about one of the baths, which I understand, but the water quality was still excellent and very soothing. Special thanks to Mr. Kakumoto for his friendliness and exceptional service truly went above and beyond!! I'll definitely stay here again when I'm back in town. "

"The view of the slopes was fantastic. The room was adequately spacious. We love that each room had lockers for our ski gear. Of course, the best part of this hotel is that you can just walk out of the hotel straight to the ski lifts. "This was by far my greatest stay so far in japan. Amazing food, amazing building, amazing onsen! But westerners be wary, you will need to sacrifice some of your typical understanding of amenitys, theres no showers in the rooms, and very little english is spoken in this whole town. That being said i cant rate it less than 5 stars! If you come to this hotel, be prepared to eat (amazing) foods you never thought youd try, and immerse youself in the japanese culture. If you do not want to immerse yourself, this may not be the place for you."
