« It's a small lovely hotel. The staffs are nice but they dont speak much English. If you need pick up at train station, call them ahead. They dont answer emails or dont often check messages thru 3rd party. We booked thru Expedia, sent multiple messages, waited for 2 months, no responded. « Séjour d'une nuit agréable dans un hôtel avec vue sur la forêt. Le dîner était excellent, le bar à boissons très appréciable, et malgré une période touristique, nous avons pu profiter du onsen sans qu'il soit bondé. Un brin de nettoyage supplémentaire dans les sanitaires de la chambre aurait été un plus. »

"Très bon séjour en famille. Hôtel très facilement accessible juste en face de l arret de bus. Très bien placé face au lac pour de nombreuses balades et autres activités. Sejour typique japonais : chambre traditionnelles avec tatami, on dort sur des futons et on prend sa douche dans le onzen (superbe source d ailleurs). Seul reproche un petit coup de renovation pour remettre la decoration au gout du jour commence a se faire sentir. Pour le dîner pensez a reserver la veille."
