« Hôtel très calme malgré la proximité de la route. Très confortable et un super petit déjeuner »

« On dirait que les responsables ne veulent pas s'embêter avec les clients.Ils sont traités comme quantité négligeable.Peut-être est-ce un hôtel valable pendant l'hiver mais il est à éviter en été.Pas de service de chambre,pas de petit déjeuner,pas même du café dans la chambre,pas de renouvellement des serviettes de bain,pas de wi-fi sauf dans le batiment principal.Un seul magasin d'alimentation peu achalandé,aucune activité dans le soi-disant "village".TOUT EST FERME Bref:Etablissement à fuir !!! »

« The new owners are working really hard to renovate this motel. The rooms are very comfortable, the place is very quiet. Yes there is a bit of a mess outside while work goes on but that can be overlooked. The owner is very nice and serviable. Breakfast is good but some bread and/or bagels would be a nice addition. »

« The staff I encountered were great. They were accommodating and the beds were comfortable! The area is beautiful and we had a nice view from the back windows. It was a little loud overnight- but, typical hotel behavior. It was Saturday night. My main complaint and why I didn’t give them 5 stars all around was the floor was a bit dirty and the curtain rod was broken but had been positioned to stay up. Overall, decent experience and the staff made up for areas lacking. »

« Easy to find and access, plenty of self parking. Room was clean, bed was fine. Couldn’t get TV channels to work. Wi-fi was good. Pricing is about $25 too high. The 88 restaurant next door is very good. Quiet stay. »

« The host was great and the location was good, with a moderate walk on the side of the road to the chairlifts. Unfortunately the room was the equivalent of a dated motel room with the faint but distinct smell of a smoker’s old car. It was far overpriced for the quality. »

« Silver Lake is a beautiful location and having cabins to rent on the lake side is pretty special. The cabins are old and rather quirky, but you can over look some inconveniences, like luke warm water, missing chairs for dining, no plugs in the sinks and even a mouse in your room. But when we checked in they charge me for the room even though I had paid for it . I had to find my credit card bill to show I had paid for the room. Once I showed them my credit card statement they refunded the money...

The location couldn’t be better—right next to a restaurant and just across the street from the chair lifts, which made getting on the mountain incredibly convenient. Check‑in was a breeze; you simply go to the main lobby at the resort and they take care of everything.The room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed. « The place was very nice, clean, and was just as advertised. It was pretty small, but comfortably slept 3 of us. There was no kitchen, just a mini-fridge, a microwave, and a toaster. There are also no plates or bowls (even paper ones) so I suggest that you bring your own if you plan to use the kitchenette. The walk to the lifts is only about 5 min, and there is also a shuttle stop right out front if you don't want to walk. »
