« On dirait que les responsables ne veulent pas s'embêter avec les clients.Ils sont traités comme quantité négligeable.Peut-être est-ce un hôtel valable pendant l'hiver mais il est à éviter en été.Pas de service de chambre,pas de petit déjeuner,pas même du café dans la chambre,pas de renouvellement des serviettes de bain,pas de wi-fi sauf dans le batiment principal.Un seul magasin d'alimentation peu achalandé,aucune activité dans le soi-disant "village".TOUT EST FERME Bref:Etablissement à fuir !!! »

« Pool freezing & hike up a driveway. Grassy area was dead (picnic table under shady trees could’ve been great idea). Huge gap under door in room (bugs!). Very noisy on room closest to road (but ADA parking spot in front). No side table on 1 side of bed. Terrible lighting (lack of). Furniture placement not efficient. Bathroom very hot (even when room is cool). Not real sure about the choice in window coverings (?). TV and/or remote difficult to figure out. + Bed comfy + Decent $ + Gave...

« The room was grossly overpriced and misrepresented in the photos and descriptions - no screens on any door or window, no umbrella for the deck, no fan, no microwave, etc. Staff said screens have been backordered since last April. »

« When we go to Sutter Creek we usually stay at the hotel Sutter and have enjoyed it. This trip however did't go near as well. Check in was fine, but the girl was a bit confused on some items, such as, that in the morning there would be muffins and things and coffee starting at 6am - didn't happen. As we were settling into our room a cockroach ran across the carpet (I did tell front desk). Wasn't clear where the ice machine was, but eventually found it. We didn't realize we were put in the room...

« The new owners are working really hard to renovate this motel. The rooms are very comfortable, the place is very quiet. Yes there is a bit of a mess outside while work goes on but that can be overlooked. The owner is very nice and serviable. Breakfast is good but some bread and/or bagels would be a nice addition. »

« While the property was clean, when we arrived and checked into the room, our room was so hot, you’d think, since they knew they were having people stay in this room, they’d turn on the air, but no. We had to turn on the air and leave for awhile. Thankfully, it cooled, but not a great start. And if your a person, like myself and my family, we don’t like to wake up to a bright room- the curtains were so thin, the room was so bright, we couldn’t sleep. So, definitely will not be returning. »

« Accueil en fin d'après midi avec une réunion de dégustation de vin(s), accompagnée de fromage...Ambiance bien sympathique avec les hôteliers et les autres clients...partage, échanges, conseils sur un lieu à visiter, un restaurant...bref, "bonne maison", à recommander. »

« An hour after checking in and going to my room, I was advised that there was an additional $96 fee because my room had been changed from a king to two double beds. The king was unavailable. Felt like a down grade because it was on the first floor and could every step of the people above. Thanks to Expedia for fixing it and not making me pay the surprise charge. »

« No photos do the Grand Reserve the true justice it deserves as one of the memorable stays of mine for the past twenty years! The villa was perched in the middle of a vineyard, across a bridge in the rolling hills of Plymouth. We were checked in personally by Russ who had prepared a charcuterie board for our arrival in the room. The room was well appointed and comfortable, and views of vines from two directions. The common areas include a courtyard, large great room and beautiful patio area...

« The Rest Hotel in downtown Plymouth is a gem of a find! Quaint, cute, perfect location, perfect amenities, and the rooms were much better than "normal" hotels. However, the best part of our visit was the staff. They are caring, responsive, polite, and fun! My wife will only stay at the Rest Hotel when we return to Amador County Wine Country! »

« The property is pet friendly. We had to bring our dogs at the last minute. It worked great with the enclosed deck and yard. »
