No air conditioning they gave an electric fan, no light lamp in the room and no extra window to keep fresher air, bacause after the shower the room to steamy and warm.

Central location. Walk around at leisure in the zeno centro area.
Many cafes/restaurants around.
Breakfast is at another hotel within walking distance.
Our room 27 has 1 double bed upstairs and 1 double bed downstairs. The one downstairs can close the bathroom door to outside traffic or noise from outside, but not the upstairs.

Employees were very polite and everything was great except that the gym was very dusty and the restroom by the gym did not had hand soap ,in five days was never refilled. But if you’re not a gym person you’re going to love it .

I got good value for the price that I paid. The room was nice, if dated, and everything worked as it should. All my needs were met. The only downside was limited electrical outlets in the room, but that wasn't enough for me to seriously reduce the rating.
