"To start with the staff was excellent! Jacob was awesome! Gave us great hiking destinations and tips! The property is beautiful and well maintained! Room was spacious! Beautiful roof deck restaurant and bar! Refill stay again when we are in town! Perfect all around!"

"We stayed through the week and felt that we got a great deal on our stay, but might not have been so thrilled if we’d paid more. Our room was very nice, clean, and recently renovated. The hallway to the room was not air conditioned and had an industrial fan set up to keep the air moving that was noisy when we were in the sitting area of our suite. The a/c unit in the bedroom does not have a thermostat controlled fan. The fan runs continuously when the unit is on and the unit is right beside the bed so I was up and down several times turning the unit on and off to maintain comfort. The couch in the sitting area was discolored, but clean. The couch in the bedroom/jacuzzi room was a bit compressed, but not uncomfortable. Not an issue for us but might be for some people. The coded lock on the door from the pool to the parking deck rarely worked to regain entry and required us to walk up a hill to the front door. Again, not a big deal to us but might be for some people. The artwork hanging in the bedroom had some areas it had run due to moisture. Breakfast was good. It was well stocked and had a decent selection. We’ve stayed here before and will stay again."

"The beds were comfortable and no sign of bugs. Great TV. Awesome balcony overlooking the woods and watched a bear come by every evening. Good breakfast included which was nice. Overall appearance of the room was good but it’s an older hotel and some things needed repair and a deep cleaning. Not good lighting in the room. The fabric cushions on the chairs were dirty. The ironing board was filthy and wouldn’t close. The bathroom sink had a crack and chip. Tub and toilet were clean however there was mold on the ceiling above the shower and on the corner behind the door. My husband complained about how dirty his socks got from walking on the floor which visibly looked clean but they weren’t. My biggest annoyance which also became funny was the inside door handle fell off every time we shut the door. I finally found the set screw and reattached the handle. Also couldn’t hang up anything cause the clothes rack was falling down."
