There were 3 people in our room and they refused to give us a 3rd towel….asked front desk…..asked housekeeping…..I was told we were only allowed 2 towels per room. The food was not good. Check in was ridiculously long after an extremely long travel day I had to stand at the front counter and wait an hour and a half to check in. It was pretty but we went elsewhere for food everyday. I also expect to be able to use a towel while staying at a resort.
