The Carlton Hotel MGallery in Lyon was an excellent place to stay for our short visit of Lyon. Easily within walking distance of most of the main attractions of the city.

The AC did not keep the room cool. That is the only negative issue we had. Our room was a good bit warmer than the common areas.

Hotel itself is beautiful. Pool and amenities as advertised. Staff are well trained, professional, and very friendly.
The room fit and fondue do not reflect the price - layouts are quite strange, ie. no sink on the same floor as the toilet and shower. And Bring your own mattress because the beds are exceptionally uncomfortable.
Location would be the main reason to stay
