J’ai apprécié la propreté, l’accueil et la cuisine bien équipée. J’ai moins apprécié le rendement de l’air climatisé. Toutefois, il faut tenir compte qu’il y avait canicule à Toulouse depuis plusieurs semaines et que je suis habituée au confort nord américain quant à la climatisation.

Pool was closed due to “bad weather” - 28C and three drops of rain in the morning. I was told that the rain would ruin the chlorine in the water. Otherwise clean and as described. Know that the room is really a little loft. You have a fold out couch on the main floor and the rest of the beds up some very creaky stairs.

The location of the property was convenient & central The staff were very helpful & personable The room was spacious , comfortable & clean We recommend this hotel .

They charged me £35, but when I arrived at the hotel, it was completely closed. The gates were shut, all the doors were locked, and there was no sign of life — no staff, no guests, nothing. I tried to contact the hotel directly but received no helpful response. I then reached out to Expedia customer service, but they refused to issue a refund. It was clearly a scam — no one was there, and it appears they’re just taking money from people. This is unacceptable and very poor service. I strongly advise others not to trust them.
