There were also no coffee pods for the coffee machine but there was creamer. The pool was dirty when we arrived and had some sort of paper clogging the drain system. There were no towels for the kitchen. We ran out of toilet paper for one of the bathrooms. "The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and there were both hot and on the go options to choose from. The hotel is walking distance to the main shopping area and beach with a grocery store just steps away but there is no fridge in the room so take advantage of the good restaurants near by for meals."

"Called endlessly, couldn't get in contact with the staff, ran out of battery, ended up having to sleep on the beach, took a nap in the chair in the yard of the lodging the following day, ended up getting sunburnt, waited until 1AM of the next day to check in, was blamed for it. The number of the message I received and both of the numbers on the lodging do not work. Came here to rest and work and didn't even get access to the Internet. Awful staff, avoid at all costs. I will fight for a refund. "

"Not ideal for a family at all, more like for single men with low standards. The room and beds (with the 4 beds normally for a family) were clean and tidy but this hostel doesn't have ac just a cheap fan that works but is noisy. It's not a charming or asthetically pleasing place at all. The hall floors are old and dirty and the walls were simply painted over just to give it the "clean" look. The staff is nice but he also stood at the gate not letting us in until he confirmed we booked the place...
