The staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. Location is great if you want peace and quiet; it’s not near too many other resorts. There are clubs nearby, outdoor which allows you to enjoy the outdoor air and environment. You have to take a taxi to go from the resort to downtown or walk maybe quarter a mile to bus transportation, which was easy to use.

Our stay in the Hawksbill Penthouse was an absolute dream vacation. The suite was incredibly spacious and beautifully appointed, and the photos simply could not capture the breathtaking beauty of the outdoor dining area overlooking the ocean.
The pool was peaceful and relaxing, the restaurant offered fantastic food and exceptional service, and the beach was absolutely perfect. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

"Everything was great except for the beach which was full of Sargassum seaweed, it happens once in a while and it's nobody's fault. The Crane provided a free shuttle and accommodation to Harbour Lights beach which was absolutely amazing, so no bad after all, the only minor inconvenience was the commute. ..."
