All is perfect, property, location, service, staff, cleanliness, massages, bar, the food is to die for. Every ingredient seems like it’s been hand picked to perfection, the quality of each dish, presentation and proportion is absolutely amazing.

Hotel was convenient to Chamue beach. Has an excellent pool, and excellent chef breakfasts (extra for very reasonable price). 15 minutes walk to town center or boat tours/ Santa Cruz beach. Recommend Terracotta Restaurant in town center. Room was clean and spacious. Fresh sheets , and clean towels daily. Internet was poor on 3rd floor, supposedly a local tower was in repair. Friendly and helpful staff.

The hotel has 2 beaches but only one is swimmable. That beach has a lot of rock in the water so the swimming area is very small. Restaurant was so busy on gala night we couldn’t find a table and they ran out of plates and cutlery, I ate my dinner with a dessert spoon. They ran out of wine every single night and the drinks were very watered down.
