Hotel is very tired, room requested was not ready and was told we needed to wait even though it was 1 hour 20 minutes after check in opened. We agreed to an alternative room with twin beds pushed together even we requested a double. The breakfast was good., didn't bother with the spa as it was in a different building.

We had another fantastic stay at the Tamworth Arms. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and a great atmosphere in the evening.

You could choose from one of FIVE different kinds of pillow to suit your needs. I didn't even know pillows came in so many different genres!
Eggs at breakfast were fried to order, but I asked for for mine to be sunny side up, and they came out very overcooked with no runny yolk at all. Aside from this, breakfast was well laid out and reasonably priced.
Hotel is in an excellent location. Parking costs extra.
