The hotel is old, needs upgrading. It was clean but the room had a musty smell. The restaurants and bars were ok. The Veranda was better than the buffet. Expected better food. One of the servers was rude, the rest were good. Carlos who was in charge of reservations was great, very helpful and great attitude. Expected more for the price. Hotel is very quiet, not many activities and entertainment. Only thing that we really liked was the beach. You are able to see different kinds of fish right on the edge.

Beautifull beach unfortunately there are not much food options as few restaurants only opens once a wee example pizza place and taco place was closed the entire time i was there also when trying to use the kayak one day could not do it because it was the attendant day off an there where not a substitute restaurant in front of main pool ran out of ingredients for a few dishes wich is rare because the menu was small also paid for an upgrade to preferred with swim up and was given a swim up but no access to preferred area The recepcionist charged for the upgrade but never mentioned the amenities included
