« We were looking for a place large enough to house 4 adults and 3 children and found this house which was just a little outside the city proper. It turned out to be a perfect fit. Situated in an older neighborhood, of which Philadelphia has many, house was clean and nicely equipped and appeared to be recently renovated. « House overall worked well for us. We are healthcare workers and this place was right next to the hospital. We stayed during a snow storm and parked in the hospital garage. The walk over to the hospital was overall easy. The reviews stating that there is a slight weed smell especially on the first floor is accurate but not as bad on the second and 3rd floors. « We had a wonderful time at this lovely home! The check-in process was simple and the home was clean and cozy. The hosts had the home stocked with several little items that came in handy during the stay, like bottled water and Q-tips. We especially enjoyed the electric fireplace in the living room - perfect for relaxing during the chilly evenings! This place felt like a home away from home. We would definitely stay here again! »

« Host answered any questions almost immediately through messaging, very easy to get a hold of. Place was clean, Linens were better than any hotel you would stay in. The stairs were a little crazy, but that's what you get with mid-century Built Homes. We were in town for a fun weekend with our two boys, Legoland museum, iFly and Thrillz Adventure park. Great dining options close by, back patio was a nice space to unwind. Would definitely stay here again »
