Great little spot

The studio was very nice and clean. Very convenient spot. Nicely decorated too! The only issue was the car alarms going off outside a lot of the night, but nothing we could do about it.Thanks,Amy

Wonderful place to stay when we came for a wedding in Philly. The studio is clean and well furnished. The area is quiet. We had green space for our dogs. It was wonderful.

Perfect for what we needed. Location is close to stores and restaurants. Had some issues with multiple bugs getting in and you can hear the water running from the house upstairs, but that's expected in these older Philadelphia rowhomes.

Convenient Get Away

The property was clean, comfortable and very convenient to all the places I needed to get to. I stayed for a week and it felt like home (the only issue I had were loud neighbors) The host was apologetic...I would definitely stay here again when I am in the area, and hope the noise issue will be resolved.

This was a comfortable, clean and attractive apartment. Rae was amazing and very responsive. There was some road work being done while I was there which was not anything to be avoided and was not a problem for me at all. I would stay there again!

Host is very talented and the decor and setup of the studio shows her talent

We were traveling with two pets/dogs. We take care of our dogs and Host was kind enough to trust us. Toured Philadelphia as best we could. Was more impressed with the Studio than the City!

Lovely decor and well-appointed

Head some complication checking in but it was on the VRBO end (updating app / website). But once I had the host’s direct number, she was very responsive and helpful. The space is very comfortable and had all of the details covered down to ice cubes. Great parking availability and shops-other supplies in walking distance. Upstairs neighbor audible when moving around but tolerable. Would definitely stay here again!

Just a quick getaway

Was in need to just getaway and this property did the job. Upon arrival it was clean and smelled nice and fresh. Provided equipment if I decided to prepare a meal in or if made the decision to go out there was places and shopping close by. Had an issue with the lock code but the host was very easy to contact and was corrected very quickly. You did hear the people upstairs walking around but not really bothersome as stated in other reviews. Would definitely consider this property in the future.

Sleepless in Philly ...

My wife and I stayed for a cousin's wedding nearby. The property is very clean, cozy, and attractive. Rae, our host, was instantly responsive when we struggled to get in (it's the downstairs door and the only way you'd know is to read the reviews) The neighborhood is a safe, middle-class neighborhood with easy access to a nearby mall and other stores. However - and I feel bad sharing this because it's beyond the owner's control - the floors in the unit above sound like an old pirate ship that's run aground on a bunch of trampolines. This became a problem when the young folks staying above us would return home each night at 2am and begin their bedtime routine. Every step sounds like a haunted mansion collapsing and you can hear every drop (or stream, yuck!) of water! This, unfortunately, is the Achilles heel of this unit.

"Truly" the perfect studio...

I would be able to write volumes on how satisfied and pleased I was with this property, the property manager and the blissful 2 evenings spent here but allow me to just say this : perfect location for my stay; gorgeous decor and furniture within the property; and an extremely kind, efficient, attentive property manager who maintained contact with me comfortably and intuitively. I hope I am able to stay again later in the year sometime.
