She finally messaged to say no refund of any type and she wouldnt be threatened by my leaving a bad review. Wow what a crappy way to treat a customer who paid 100% up front. We take care of our dogs and Host was kind enough to trust us. Toured Philadelphia as best we could. Was more impressed with the Studio than the City! ##### Criag A.
