✨ Guests will have full access to the entire home, spacious deck, and private backyard. Whether you're lounging inside, sipping coffee on the deck, or enjoying outdoor games in the yard, you’ll have plenty of room to relax, recharge, and make the space your own throughout your stay.
🚗 On-site parking and access to the EV charger are included.

🏡 Our home is located in a peaceful suburban neighborhood perfectly positioned between West Chester, Downingtown, and Exton—offering the ideal blend of tranquility and convenience with easy access to charming towns, shops, dining, and local attractions.
Getting Around:
🚗 While a car is needed to get around, the area is a joy to explore by drive—with charming towns, scenic routes, and great local spots all just a short ride away!
Other Things to Note:
🚗 Parking: The driveway can accommodate two vehicles. Street parking is available if necessary.
🔌 EV Charger: The home is equipped with an on-site EV charger for guest use.
💳 Credit card processing fees will NOT be refunded in the event of a cancellation.
🚫 No parties, no smoking, and quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am.
🐾 Pets allowed with a fee. Please inquire before bringing pets to ensure you do not incur additional fees.
🐾 Pet Policy: For the safety and comfort of your pets, please do not leave your pets unattended inside the property at any time.
📌NOTE: If your stay is 21 days or longer, $100 will be added to your cleaning fee to accommodate a deep cleaning. We will coordinate payment upon booking!
