We booked a suite, and when we checked in, we were not told that it was out of service. No notice was given until we checked in. The manager left for the evening that night and he didn’t bother to come back and solve the problem. He made two receptionist try to take care of it and they were clueless. They said they would refund the room for us because we were not able to get the room that we reserved but then they backed out and did not give us a refund Expedia was not helpful either. They were a waste of time. We had a $25 credit. Big deal we traveled nine hours and could not check into another hotel. $25 nothing from the hotel. The thing that was the most disappointing was the manager really didn’t care to solve the problem and when you look at the sign on the desk when you check in, it says that they strive to make their customers happy to solve any problem They need to read their own sign again

clean, modern amenities. WiFi was spotty, but other than that it was a pleasant amazing. Host was welcoming.
