Location de condos vacances à Coalmont

« The condo has been nicely renovated with thoughtful touches. Very convenient to downtown both drive and walking distance. Reiterating other reviews to set expectations: It is garden level and there is no natural light that comes from the windows. »

« Location of apartment is excellent and very close to downtown. Inside of apartment is very nice. You need to go out and around back to access the common outdoor area. The area was nice and shady in the late afternoon. We enjoyed using it. The outside of the building and central hall leading to the different condos could use some sprucing up! All in all a nice, convenient place to stage in Steamboat Springs. »

« The rooms are really clean, the staff are very accomodating since we used my grandma’s timeshare for the first few days and »

« Overall, my stay was good, but a few things could be improved. Since it was a long stay, I requested cleaning supplies, but despite being told they would check, I never received a response or the supplies. There also weren’t enough kitchen towels, and the bedroom door didn’t close properly. Other than that, everything was fine. »

« Great views! Cute place. »

« This is a wonderfully located property near the base of the ski area. The condo is very small but the views are HUGE! It is also very clean and well hosted. If you’re looking for a quaint, clean, place to sleep, this is a great candidate! »

« This was a beautiful property. The only issue we had was it was a basement style apartment without a fire escape (windows are not egress and upstairs condo/apt had a deck built of window openings). It was extremely clean and well kept. »

« Kristin was wonderful to communicate with!! This unit is in the perfect location, it is super close to Main Street and all the good restaurants and shops. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again next time we are in town! »

« place was great, owner great, good value, nice on the inside. The middle rating is neighbors across the street on the first cul-de-sac down the hill do not like visitors. Two nasty altercations with two different people in a 3 days stay and both total surprises, did not see it coming. Feel free to have the owner reach out and I can give you added info. I suspect the HOA for the building may have had runs in with these two individuals. »

« We enjoyed this very well stocked and convenient condo. It was so cozy, quiet, and had great views of the mountains! »

« We visited this condo in July. While the condo itself was nice, clean, close to the resort, and the host was consistently responsive, the overall stay was not to our liking. Unfortunately, the unit did not have an air conditioner. When we checked in, the temperature inside was 86 degrees and extremely hot. I wish I had researched this more thoroughly beforehand, but it also would have been helpful if the listing had clearly stated that there was no air conditioning. The host informed me of this...

« We could not get into the property for a half hour because the key in the lock box did not work to open the outside door. We only gained entry because another tenant let us in.-When we got in to the room it was over 90• so I turned all the fans on and set the thermostat to cool. After a few minutes I noticed the fireplace was on. I could not figure out how to turn it off- I even unplugged it.- I called the agent to ask that someone come out to turn off the fireplace as we were going to get a...

« Great condo in a great location! They have everything you need. Host was great with communication and answered questions quickly. We will stay here again! »

« Hot tub was not hot. Couch was very uncomfortable to sit on (it was some kind of couch/bed combo). TV in bedroom didn’t work. Kitchen equipment was from a variety of garage sales. Good location. Host responsiveness was very slow and of no help. »

« Loved this place. Host was very quick to respond. Great parking options and great views! »

« A great space for a getaway weekend. Convenient location, comfortable. Would stay here again. :) »
