The Slopeside Shanty, minutes away from Gondola Square where breathtaking views of Steamboat Springs are abundant. Kick off your ski boots, smell the fresh mountain air, Slopeside Shanty will be your perfect home away from home for your next adventure. Minutes away from the slopes, a beautiful drive to the hot springs, a perfect getaway for your mountain vacation.
The Space:
Slopeside Shanty is all yours during your stay, please make yourself comfortable! Enjoy crisp mornings with a stroll around the property, you can find some great vistas in multiple directions! Condo has 1 bedroom with queen bed. Kitchen has coffee and tea, mini-refrigerator, microwave, efficiency oven and stove top, toaster; dishes and silverware provided. This home is located on the ground floor for ease of access- just a couple of steps up from the lower free parking lot (upper lot requires 1 flight).Think of this shanty as a hotel room, the perfect size!
Downtown is an easy 8 minutes, Ski Mountain is 4 minutes. Free bus stops within 9 minute walk of the property. The Guest Guide has more details for your stay!

I love this little condo because it is so close to everything, yet in a quiet residential setting. Steamboat has endless year-round activities and places to explore!

Bikes are always a great way to explore a new town, too!

this was my first time both in Steamboat Springs and using Vrbo. it was a simple process and a cute little space to spend my time in Steamboat. I really enjoyed it, I have nothing bad to say

The Shanty is Dandy!
Great location! Only 2-3 minutes from the Upper Knoll Parking Lot. If it's full go to the Meadows Parking Lot to grab a bus to get to the ski slopes. Comfortable place. Shower pressure and temperature was great! Kitchen is compact but has everything you need to get the job done. Thank You!

Cute and clean mountain condo
We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well furnished and clean. Good location. Our only complaint was that there was quite a bit of noise--creaking floor and such--coming through the ceiling in the bedroom from the unit directly above. I suggest you bring a set of earplugs. Otherwise it was nice.

It was smaller than I thought it was going to be. But that’s my fault for not checking details. The bed was comfortable. The apartment was clean. The neighborhood was super nice and of course it snowed a lot lol. We would definitely stay again.
