Centrally located between the Ski Resort and Downtown, our fully renovated studio is perfect for your Steamboat Springs adventure. Equipped with a full-sized kitchen, washer/dryer and dedicated work station, you will feel right at home! Please note, this space is underground and does not offer views. Put on a record, light the wood burning fireplace, dim the lights and turn on a movie, you are in for one cozy stay! The Space: My condo is all yours during your stay, please make yourself comfortable! License #: STR20250018 Guest Access: Full use of condo, door code provided upon booking confirmation. Wash and Dryer are in the unit, you are welcome to use. Parking is free and available on side and back of building. The couch needs to go back to the '60s where it came from. As for the bed...I have slept better on a 4x8 sheet of plywood. If you happen to be there when they have their 10:30pm smoke alarm test, don't count on getting any sleep, that is if you happened to fall asleep on the plywood bed. ##### Butch S.
