Centrally located between the Ski Resort and Downtown, our fully renovated studio is perfect for your Steamboat Springs adventure. Equipped with a full-sized kitchen, washer/dryer and dedicated work station, you will feel right at home! Please note, this space is underground and does not offer views. Put on a record, light the wood burning fireplace, dim the lights and turn on a movie, you are in for one cozy stay! The Space: My condo is all yours during your stay, please make yourself comfortable! License #: STR20260026 Guest Access: Full use of condo, door code provided upon booking confirmation. Wash and Dryer are in the unit, you are welcome to use. Parking is free and available on side and back of building. The Neighborhood: This condo is perfectly nestled between Downtown Steamboat Springs and the base of the ski mountain. Unwind in a residential area and recharge for your next mountain adventure! Getting Around: Yellow line bus stop located directly across the street from the community! Other Things to Note: This space may not be a good fit for very light sleepers as it is on the bottom floor and foot traffic from above may be occasionally heard. \*\*Per the HOA, the Fireplace is not able to be used by guests.
