The fireplace is decorative because there is no permit in place for this, the city is not issuing permits and the vent has been permanently shut. 1 Parking Space is offered in the community's parking lot. It happened that the location was really perfect for what our needs were. We drove west from Ma so it was perfect land at the property and relax, so unlike a hotel which is exactly what I was after. The communication was amazing which took so much unneeded stress away which is such a bonus when moving around a new area. Our son is in the area for a bit so we’ll be back! Furnishings were very nice and the unit was very clean. It was our fault that we didn't check if there was air conditioning. The unit is stunning! Great space and decor. The only issue was we waited an hour to get to the slopes because the description said there was a shuttle stop located across the street but there wasnt. When I contacted the management company, they had no idea where to direct me to a shuttle. I finally googled the Steamboat free shuttle and figured out there is an app for the yellow route, but it only takes you to a shuttle stop to get you to the ski resort. About a 30 min situation after waiting 30 min in the cold doing my own research. All in all, great stay! ##### Tim G.
