We really enjoyed our time here, the location was amazing and everyone was friendly. We had no issues with the wifi, the food was decent with good variety Some things that would have made our vacation better was; more staff that speak English; our experience was the head dining room staff and the concierge staff spoke English but everyone else was hard to speak to/ask questions of (I speak very minimal Spaish, but recognize that a larger Spanish vocabulary would have helped as well). Nicer pillows would have been very nice(ours were very lumpy). Working hot tub would have been nice.

Had a great stay overall—definitely a fun and memorable experience from start to finish. The property was clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want for a relaxing getaway. The room was well-kept and fresh, no complaints at all, and the staff was friendly and helpful the entire time, making everything smooth and easy. Wi-Fi worked fine for what you need on vacation, but honestly the highlight was the entertainment team—they really made the trip. Big shoutout to Maria, Christian, Francis, Madeline, and “crazy legs” as I call him—they brought nonstop energy, kept the vibes high every day, and made sure there was always something going on. Whether it was activities, music, or just the atmosphere around the resort, they carried the experience. If you’re looking for a place with good vibes, solid service, and a lively entertainment crew, this is definitely a spot I’d recommend—and I’d come back again.

For the price I have no complaints with my stay. The staff were awesome. They helped us with every request we had. Graccie House was on a quiet street yet close to anything you could need. A 5 minute walk to the Malecon where we found some excellent restaurants. I would stay here again.
