Great location - walkable to all best restaurants and downtown. Had some issues with housekeeping (had to ask for some items) but overall no issues. Great breakfast daily! The “snacks” advertised as “available all day” consisted of granola bars available only 2 of the 5 days we stayed. The bar was closed - apparently due to a recent break-in.

Hotel and casino was great. Staff was extremely rude and not helpful at all. Everyone we asked questions seemed bothered by it, or just simply rude. Probably wouldn’t return.

Hotel Zazz is a wonderful gem. It is decorated with bright, creative local art works-even the soap bars are locally curated!
The room was very clean and staff kept it well stocked. The Speakeasy bar was a hit!
Loved the energy and the location—I highly recommend Hotel Zazz!
