This mavbe my most enjoyable stay ever in a hotel. I have never been in a hotel where absolutely everybody was so polite, friendly and engaed in creating a memorable experience for the guests. The owner of the hotel personally took me on an excursion which was so exciting and so thoughtful. All the team knew my name and tretaed me like a member of rheir famiy. The hotel was well maintained, located on (and my room overlooked) a great beach and the food was perfect! I will stay here again

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The food was excellent, with every meal exceeding our expectations. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. The rooms were beautiful, comfortable, and very well maintained, and the amenities were fantastic. Everything about the property made for a relaxing and memorable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Montezuma or Santa Teresa area. Even if you’re not staying at the hotel, I strongly recommend stopping by for a meal—the food alone is worth the visit. Overall, a wonderful place that we would gladly return to!

The rooms were moldy, and out dated. We had to switch rooms twice because of the mold in one room was unbearable especially since out children are asthmatic. The next room's AC didn't cool as much. The bathrooms had hard water everywhere. My room got cleaned probably one time since I've been there and I stayed 10 days with my family. There was limit english speakers or translators. At first they had mo signs to let you know what food you were eating until we complained then they out signs. At dinner the lines for the buffet were ridiculously long. The entertainment seemed like it was nice but how would I know it was all in Spanish. I will say thought the outdoor was gorgeous. The beach, the pools, the trees and even wildlife, although the iguanas would deficate everywhere but thats nature for you. It honestly just needs some more improvement staff wise as well i saw the same staff like everywhere, they did everything. From entertainment to serving to cooking. Also the swim up pool bar needed more staff. Alot of traffic goes there and theyre would be only 2 people there. Sweating like crazy. They needed more fans and AC in certain spots. The steakhouse in my opinion was the only good restaurant on the property. And they didn't seem to have much meal options for non meat eaters or non pork eaters. They didn't even know what was in the hotdogs which is tough for picky eaters who don't eat pork. This place has potential if they put a little more into it.

We had the room 401 with a very nice balcony and view on the sea. The king bed was awesome and we used the kitchen basics. Good coffee machine. The pool was clean and ideal for hot days. The breakfast was delicious and efficient; shout out to the team!! Excellent job. The beach is walking distance. I just wish the surroundings of the hotel was a little bit cleaner (dog poop on the sidewalks for example). I enjoyed the free purified water machine, ice and coffee always available; best feature of all my hotels in Costa Rica. Some light touch ups are required : the tile in the bathroom was broken and my son cut himself on it. Overall, would recommend!!
