Clean room, super helpful and friendly staff- all of them. Direct oceanfront balcony. Indoor pool with attached restaurant. Wonderful.

There is so much to say about the place, good and bad. The good- close to beach, walking distance to stores and some good places to eat and drink,some of the staff are nice the pool was clean, the gym was in good condition,the lobby has a great coffee machine. The room are good but not great the bed was low and a bit hard for ME, the bathroom was clean, the kitchen and living area had everything you needed (almost) The bad the hotel is also a time share place so the parking lot in front is for them,you park across the street which is fine but could use more lighting it is creepy at night. The jacuzzi was nice but the 2 times I used it, there was like an oily films always floating on top, The room again nice but not the best the bathroom had a shower curtain rod looked like it was ready to fall,there was no toiletpaper when I walked in, the kitchen pots and pans were all bent and damaged,but I blame the people not hotel. The sofa bed was dirty and some strains that I had to use a towel to sit on.All in all a good place to stay but can do better.

Very convenient location, helpful staff. The unit itself (#504) could use some updating. The carpeting is loose/has big wrinkles in it and the living room furniture is not very comfortable. The mattress in the sofa sleeper is well past its prime. There was a foam topper on it which helped a little, but it’s not very comfortable. The king mattress is also in need of replacement. Overall, the condo fit our needs very well for our ocean city stay. Please note that there are very limited supplies at the condo (paper towel, shampoo, etc), so plan to bring shampoo, condition, something to clean the kitchen counters with, etc. if you plan to use the dishwasher more than twice or the washer more than twice you will need to bring detergent.
