Chaqiyu Vacation Packages

The most beautiful hidden gem here in ZJJ. The host made you feel a part of her family and made the best home cooked meals during our trip. Hotel was very clean and modern!

The most wonderful hotel in the most stunning setting. It was like a postcard. On top of that, it has the nicest staff of anywhere I have ever stayed. They truly go above and beyond to make your stay the best it can possibly be. I would absolutely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. It was a dream! Incredible breakfast too! AND they have a dog and cats on the premises, who are wonderfully taken care of.

The room was well appointed and had a scenic view of the mountains. The shower had hot water and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, with all kinds of services available. The breakfast was tasty with a wide assortment of options. Good coffee machine with espresso. The area is quiet and secluded - I saw some beautiful birds in the nearby trees. I also tried food from their restaurant and it was cooked well.

The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming! Tiffany was especially helpful with booking trips and giving us valuable recommendations for parks and activities to enjoy. The hotel also offers airport transfers at a reasonable fee, which was very convenient. I wouldn’t describe this as a traditional 5-star hotel, but it has something even more special—a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The staff is incredibly helpful, the location is beautiful, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay!

Even before we arrived, we were already in the caring hands of the hotel's concierge, Susan，She tailored the perfect sightseeing itinerary around our schedule and the weather, and even sorted out our onward transportation to the next stop. Whatever we needed, she responded right away and took care of everything flawlessly. The hotel is full of thoughtful touches, but the standout for us was the laundry service — no matter how late we sent our clothes out, the next morning we'd open the door to find them washed, neatly folded, and waiting in the laundry basket. I thanked Concierge Susan in person for the wonderful care she gave our family of four. She told me she genuinely loves her job and does her utmost to make every guest's stay a joy — "that's what hospitality is all about," she said. As for the hotel itself, the location and facilities are simply impeccable. My only wish is that every hotel we stay at had a Concierge Susan.
