DISGUSTING, UNSANITARY, AND COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE ! THIS PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE INSPECTED The moment we entered the room, we knew something was wrong. The room looked dirty and neglected, with visible grime, scuff marks, damaged areas, and signs that it had not been properly maintained. Worst of all, we saw what appeared to be bugs/insects crawling in the sheets. At that point, there was absolutely no chance we were going to sleep in that bed.The room was also extremely hot, humid, and uncomfortable because there was NO air conditioning. Instead, they provide small fans that barely help. Paying more than $300 for 2 nights to stay in a dirty, humid room with insects in the bedding and no proper air conditioning is absolutely outrageous. We did not wait until the next morning to complain. We immediately went back to the front desk after checking in and explained exactly what we had found. Jaime, the woman working at the front desk, offered us another room. We declined because after seeing the condition of the room we had just been given, we had completely lost confidence in the cleanliness and sanitation of this property. We did not want to take our chances with another room. We told Jaime that we wanted to leave and get a refund, for which she agree and said we would get our refund. We never received our refund. We never received a follow-up. We attempted to contact the hotel afterward, and eventually our calls were not even being answered. Still no refund! Stay away!!!
