Had some problems checking in but the staff were super friendly, spoke english and was just reassuring through the stay.
Only issue was the smoke smell around the halls for those in dorms but it goes away once in the capsule.

All rooms were clean when I checked in. The staff was very helpful since it was my first time to stay in a residential area in China, and had a lot of questions, ie how to open the door, how to use the washing machine, etc. The staff answered my questions within a minute.

"The room was clean but as the hotel is huge.. walking to the room esp for elderly is quite long if at the end from the lobby. We booked 3 rooms. Stay at 4066 and 4060 and 4084.
