« Room was dated, not as clean as this caliber of hotel should be, and the in room dining was absolutely awful. We had a strange loud clanking sound that occurred all night long, I was not able to sleep. I even recorded it and showed the front desk—they refused any refund and I had to deal with corporate for days for a $100 off of our stay. Terrible stay, terrible customer service experience.
