"We have been waiting to go to Hyatt Ziva for almost a year now, and finally it came through. We went as a family and everything went as expected. The food was great, even though I mostly ate at the buffet. The staff was great, helpful in every way. We did the club access so there were different benefits that came with that. Top shelf drinks, club lounge and separate pool etc. The water in the pools were pretty warm and also the beach. There was a bit of seaweed but nothing over the top. Our room was decent, our fridge was always stocked. Entertainment during the day for kids were fun and at night just the same. Overall we had a great time, and would definitely return but probably upgrade to a 1bdrm or better."

From Rosa at the front desk who took care of us and made sure we had a beautiful room with a stunning view to Junior the pool concierge who had our cabanas ready every morning and checked on us. Danny at The Reef made sure the drinks kept flowing and Wander kept us inform of all the activities. We had a beautiful time! Everyone was attentive, and made sure we enjoyed our vacation. "
