Check-in was easy but we were sent to apartment and couldn’t open the key box. Finally called the and they told us how to do it. The apartment door is difficult to unlock but we finally figured it out. Had trouble turning stove and oven on. No instructions! Finally figured that out and the washer too. Would have been nice if Vanessa could have come with for a few instructions and help. The apartment was clean other than the vent in second bedroom. The housekeepers were good weekly. Bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage and hangers. The couch in living area in need of a good cleaning. One kitchen chair was broken and we had burned out lights in bathroom. They did send someone who left saying he needed a different bulb but never saw him again. Overall we loved the location and would consider Myflats a second chance.

My main issue was that there is no front desk and even though we got there during a time when someone should have been present, there was no one there. You have to get your key from a locker which is not particularly well explained. It was insanely hot and the AC leaves a lot to be desired. We got probably the most expensive room, and it was dated and not particularly comfortable. Aside from that the location is fantastic.

Centrally located. Staff check was very organised. Friendly staff. Apartment was spacious and spotless. Walkable to everything, lots of nice bars and restaurants within minutes away.
