"I accidentally booked a room that does not allow dogs, even though the hotel does. I also required an early check-in as we were attending a wedding at the same time as the usual check-in. The front staff were able to quickly swap rooms for me and provide the early check-in so we could make it to the wedding on time."

"We checked in late and were given a room with a view of the parking lot. The front desk was very helpful and got us another room with a nice view the next day. The hotel was very nice and clean, had everything we needed. Wish we could have stayed longer. The daily housejeeping and washer and driver in the room were great!"
