The hotel was very clean, especially the bathroom. The staff was super helpful with information about the city, nearby restaurants, and exploring the city. I woukd recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Tijuana.

The pictures posted are not what we experienced. While the room was fairly clean, we found the beds had squeaky mattresses and sunk to the middle of the bed. The towels were stained. The shower head had no water pressure. We had trouble turning the water on and off. The shower handle was mildewy and broken. My partner was bitten by something during the night. There was one outlet connection on the sink. The sink was run down. The door dis not feeling secure. We reserved the room for two nights and left after the first night. We did not use the insurance despite having paid for it because we found the paperwork to be extensive and not worth the effort. The restaurant staff felt discriminatory towards the guests that had free breakfast.
