« I canceled my booking with in 1 hour of making the booking. it was not the location I wanted. it showed refundable but when I tried to get my money back I spent days and hours on the phone with Expedia and the host. the charge was definitely from the host but they refused to admit they charged me. I waited for 7 business days and then Expedia gave me the go ahead to dispute the charge. I will never book with them again and their customer service is terrible. »

« We had a fantastic stay in St. Charles! This property was exactly as advertised with checking in & out a breeze. It was charming, clean, and contained everything we needed. The host was responsive, helpful, and friendly. We appreciated the dedicated parking space and the location was amazing! We walked to several shops, eateries, a park and Grandma’s cookies. As an added plus, there was a Turkish coffee shop downstairs (and a little ways up the sidewalk.) »

« This VRBO was perfectly located and very clean. We were not bothered by any noose from the gym downstairs. The only negative I can think of is the combined rooms upstairs. There is a large open doorway between the two rooms that at least a curtain or shutters of some sort wouldhave helped to add a little more privacy. Otherwise, both rooms had their own adjacent bathroom so you really didn’t need to pass through the other room aside from entering. We would stay there again. »

« Danny is a good communicator. I had quite a few questions prior to arrival that he answered quickly. The parking in front of our room wasn't ideal for two motorcycles due to the loose gravel and awkward transition from the street to the parking area, but we made it work. The room was bright and clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower had good water pressure. The kitchenette was a nice perk. If we decide to go down to Grafton again, I will definitely look into staying here. »
