Ursula was excellent!! Very helpful when we realized we needed a rental car while staying on this side of the island!! Properly is clean peaceful and very welcoming! Pool is amazing!! We will stay here from now on in Aruba! More info about the property on “Travelguruvt” YouTube page!!

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. The staff is very friendly and kind. Food options are good at the buffet locations for breakfast and lunch. We had dinner at Mulligans, Red Parrot, Paparazzi, and Ginger. Ginger was the best! It is an Asian Fusion restaurant. Highly recommend. We had a great time and look forward to returning. The only downside was that there currently having some renovations and the room was very muggy. There was a dehumidifier in our room but you could not move it into the living area. It was in a closet and it could only be moved into the hall area where the bathroom was. We used it and it helped a little but definitely would’ve been better if it could’ve been moved. Overall we had a great experience.

I really liked the location, amenities a lot to do such as swimming, bbq, and volleyball. I also liked how quiet the area was and how close to grocery shops we were. This place was excellent I definitely would stay here again.

This was our second stay at the Barcelo Aruba. The hotel is ideally situated for us in the Palm Beach area. The staff in the hotel were excellent, particularly in The Beach Club where we mostly went to for breakfast and lunch where we were looked after by Claudia, Fernanda and Anny. In the Arubian Seafood Restaurant we were looked after by Edgard. The hotel has a very nice reception and lobby bar area, fantastic pool area with a short walk to the Barcelo Beach area. The only downside is although the rooms are comfortable they are dated and would benefit from some refurbishment.

Very safe and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is not the best. The Red Parrot is the best restaurant option. Pure Lime, the Mexican restaurant doesn’t know what queso is. They served melted Jack cheese. Great beds! Very comfortable sleep.
